The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. The nightly live music around the fire pit was a nice touch. The only downside is some rooms had unpleasant odors that need to be addressed. we had a great stay and the staff was really friendly.

The outdoor fire pit for s'mores was a fun family highlight. The elevator was slow and crowded at times.

The breakfast situation was a real head-scratcher. Vouchers for pancakes across the street sounded fun until you had to navigate busy traffic just to get there. The pancakes were great, but all we got for “free” was a short stack—everything else was extra. The room was clean and nicely updated, yet the bed was too hard for comfort. And then, there was the strange smell in the bathroom that lingered. the flowers outside were lovely, and the staff were genuinely friendly. But, I wouldn’t count on a satisfying morning meal here.

The hotel is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it super convenient to walk to The Island in just about 10 minutes, with a whole bunch of other attractions like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride and Reagan's House of Pancakes just a few steps away which made my stay so much enjoyable as I could wander around and explore at my pace; the property itself was very clean and well-kept with super friendly staff, but the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

The room for the ceremony was beautiful with lovely decorations and great lighting and the staff was really friendly and made everything run smoothly throughout the day
It wasn’t inexpensive but we found it worth the cost for the overall experience

The room was immaculate and featured a fantastic bathroom with a unique shower. The lobby offered complimentary snacks, and the 24-hour pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Pigeon Forge. I’d definitely return!

The outdoor pool area is lovely and the fire pit with live music adds charm. Staff greet you with coffee and donuts which is a nice touch.
Housekeeping could use a bit more attention to cleaning common areas.

The room we stayed in was cozy and had a nice sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The ironing facilities came in handy for making sure our clothes were wrinkle-free, and the heating and air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was the provision of free toiletries in the bathroom. It's always a nice touch when hotels offer these little extras. The flat-screen TV in the room was a good size and had a clear picture, which was great for winding down in the evenings. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, there were a few areas that could use improvement. For example, the housekeeping could have been more thorough, as we noticed some dirt on the floor that transferred onto our socks. the bathroom in our room had some issues - the sink leaked onto the floor, creating a puddle, and there was no proper storage space for toiletries. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Arbors at Island Landing was positive. The friendly staff, convenient location near attractions and restaurants, and amenities like the heated outdoor pool and fire pit made our stay memorable. With a bit of attention to detail and maintenance, this hotel has the potential to be even better.

We had a frustrating stay—the room was right by the elevator, which was noisy, and there was no place to sit. Plus, the bathroom had issues; the door wouldn’t close, and the shower handle was a real struggle to use.

This hotel is just a short walk from The Island, where you can enjoy tons of shops, live music, and fantastic food, plus it’s really close to great attractions like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride and Alcatraz East Crime Museum, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings of Pigeon Forge. The room was comfortable and well-remodeled, and the staff was super friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. One lovely highlight was enjoying s'mores by the fire each evening, especially next to the beautiful river with picnic tables and rocking chairs. The only downside was that parking might be a bit tricky at busy times, especially at the nearby restaurants.

Clean rooms and great amenities, but Wi-Fi was weak during peak hours.

The room was clean and had beautiful hardwood floors. The temperature control was perfect; we didn’t adjust it at all. The bed, however, was a bit worn on one side. Noise from the hallway was noticeable, especially near the elevator. The bathroom tub had noticeable repairs and wasn't in great shape, making showers less enjoyable. The provided snacks and drinks were a nice touch. We appreciated the 24-hour heated pool and hot tub but felt uneasy crossing the busy street for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was ample, and check-in was straightforward.

Delicious breakfast at Reagan's, but be prepared to pay extra for the buffet and juice. The food is top-notch, no complaints there. The staff truly shines—accommodating and friendly, they allowed us to drop off luggage before check-in. The peaceful riverfront was a lovely escape from the bustling main street. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. pet policy needs tightening. SEVERE pet allergies made our experience challenging. We moved rooms five times, but Gabby in the office was fantastic and helped us find a suitable space. Minor inconveniences with check-in timing and key access also detracted slightly. With some adjustments, this could be an exceptional stay.

Had a gorgeous Christmas stay with beautiful flowers and groundskeeping. Located close to shopping and riverside views were nice. Loved the fireside relaxation with rocking chairs and the breakfast vouchers.
Ceiling stains needed painting. Left with a sad face after a great vacation.

Had a cozy Christmas stay with the family. Loved the festive bonfire with live music & jokes - a lovely touch! The pool area was relaxing, open 24/7, with provided pool toys & s’mores by the fire, a hit with the kids. Super close to key attractions & enjoyed the complimentary breakfast & lobby snacks.
Some rooms need updating; ours had an old bathroom.

Our family had a blast fishing by the brook with the complimentary poles provided by the hotel. The kids loved playing sports and board games. The beautiful trees around made our walks so tranquil.
My wife says that more playground equipment would be great for kids.

The staff bends over backward, the pool is lovely, and who doesn't love free pancakes across the street? Such a steal, darling.
The symphony of barking dogs was an unexpected bonus feature in the rooms.

we had 2 rooms. the 1st was perfect. so clean. the 2nd room had a stale smell like it hadnt been used n awhile. even loose toilet seat. dirt n the corner of the bathroom floor. but, the beds n both was great. the oustide is great with firepit and ducks. perfect for families. the front desk clerk evening shift was great. the water had been turned off so no last minute showers on check out day. but, u cud use your sink. loved the pool and hot tub! the property was very clean and well kept. everyone of their staff were very accommodating, kind and had smiles on their faces! the rooms are updated with beautiful showers. i love the fact they do not have carpet, but new laminate/tile throughout. i am asthmatic and humidity was high at this time of the year, they brought in a dehumidifier for my room to resolve the issue right away. i am impressed with the professionalism of this motel. if you forget something or need anything, they definitely do their best to accommodate your specific needs. i will book again.
Nothing not too like 😕

My squad and I had a blast fishing in the brook and chilling by the fire pit with s'mores. We enjoyed the free snacks, games, and borrowed fishing poles. The staff was lit, and the room was dope with cute touches like towel animals and chocolate kisses.
More nighttime activities for young peeps would level up the fun factor.

Newly remodeled rooms, 24-hour pool, free pancakes at Reagan House of Pancakes, close to restaurants and entertainment.

The newly remodeled room with a 2 person jacuzzi, fireplace, and comfortable amenities made our 40th wedding anniversary celebration truly special. The staff's thoughtfulness and helpfulness, especially providing a shower bench for my mom, was exceptional. The 24-hour pool and free pancakes at the nearby restaurant added to the delightful experience. I'll recommend this hotel.
